Edit Member

Same simple maintenance surface as add member, but starting from an existing record in the member register.

Update Record

Short Name

A short member identifier. The current shared database template still keeps this at 8 characters.

Member name

Use the natural human name here. Reports can show this even when the short name is shorter.

Phone number

Useful for matching inbox payments later.

Email address

Optional now, but useful for statements and notices later.

Record is active

Notes

This writes to the existing `notes_comments` field from the shared backbone.
